I dont have a fit either, but I have to agree with you. I have been working in this industry for a couple of years now and I have found that the people who are really good at what they do are the ones who are more committed and have stuck with it longer. My friend Steve who works for a number of different companies as a developer is really good at what he does and his experience is really valuable.
Some developers do have a fit, but the best ones work hard and give it their all. Steve does this, and I believe he has a few of his own. I know he does not have a fit because he works really hard, but he does put in the time to learn what he needs to do, and I believe that is what a good developer does.
I would like to see more developers like Steve. I really admire how hard Steve does his work, and I believe that what he does is very valuable. I just wish he would have been a bit more dedicated to the game when it first came out, so he would have stayed longer.
