For the last few weeks in the midst of completing “The agile coach Interviews,” I have been working on getting all the questions down on paper to be organized. I like to be organized, so I decided to start with these questions.
The first three questions are all about how this game works and how the answers should be given.
The idea of agility is to be responsive to the player’s actions and to be able to adapt to changing situations. This is an important skill, and one that is used by many top players in the game.

One thing that you might not know is that I am an agile coach. I love it when a team member learns to adapt to new situations, so when I coach a team it makes it easy for them to learn without having to force them to play the same way for long periods of time. The more we learn, the more we can apply to our team.

I love it when a team member’s playing style becomes the most important part of the game. It was something we talked about at length during the planning phase of the game. It was something I felt a team could learn quickly, and something that they would be able to adapt to as the game went on. I’m also a huge fan of helping people to see the value of their skills.
There are two kinds of people in the world: Those who can play the game and those who can’t. They have different skill sets and different styles of play. We think of agile coaches as the opposite of the former, and agile coaches are people who are a lot more able to play the game and have a lot more freedom in how they work with their teammates.
This was a little more of a difficult question because we actually made it a bit more of a challenge. The agile coach interview is pretty much a test of whether or not you are a good coach – and that means you probably have to show a lot of coaching before you can pass.
